transform your lower body with this class designed to strengthen & build muscle in the legs. focusing on all the major muscle groups, including the quads, hamstrings, glutes & calves. this class uses a combination of resistance, body weight & functional movements.

strengthen & sculpt your upper body in this class focusing on the chest & back muscles. through a mix of bodyweight exercises, free weight & resistance training you will improve strength, posture & muscle definition.

an energising & fun workout that combines boxing techniques with fitness training, providing a full body workout that enhances strength, endurance, co-ordination & agility.
shoulders & arms
elevate your upper body strength and build muscle in this session using free weights, resistance bands, bodyweight & resistance training. designed to target the shoulders, biceps, triceps & forearms. & no matter whether your goal is build strength & muscle or increase mobility this class will help develop a well rounded & powerful upper body.
